Six fantastic colours have just been added to this extremely popular range. Machine washable 100% pure soft double knitting thickness merino wool blend in a range of vibrant and soft colours. Perfect for knitting into adults, children and baby clothes and accessories as the yarn is lovely and soft to the touch.

Special 'anti-tickle' treatment - lovely to wear against the skin. Machine wash at 40 C, cool iron and dry flat. This yarn is anti-pill and non-shrink, so no good for felters!
112m per ball. Knit on 4mm pins with 22 stitches and 28 rows to a 10cm tension square. Please note that although this is a standard weight DK some customers find that it doesn't go quite as far as expected, so please be aware of this and order more, rather than less if you are unsure. Don't forget you can always return any unused extras.
This is one of our most popular yarns as it wears and washes really well and the selection of colours include bright and vibrant as well as dark and muted, pastel and soft - an all round brilliant yarn for adults, kids and babies. 1800m per 500g cone, 180m per 50g cone. Knit on 3.25mm pins with 28 stitches and 36 rows to a 10cm tension square.
Machine wash at 40 C, cool iron and dry flat. This yarn is non-shrink and anti-pill. Unfortunately some shades of this yarn are now discontinued - they are marked with **, but we still have some stocks to be going on with and we will try and keep the site as up to date as we can. This is completely out of our hands and we apologise for any inconvenience caused. Good news - King Cole have re-introduced some of the bright shades they discontinued!!

A classic wool and nylon carpet yarn of exceptional quality in a wide range of colours ideal for rug making and general crafts.
80% Wool 20% Nylon - approx 350m - 500m per cone, 50m per spool (approx 20g).
Wool for warmth and nylon for strength.
Ideal for making classic velvet pile carpets and rugs or shaggy rya rugs using either a tufting gun or a few ends together using a rug hook. This yarn is also ideal to stitch into small hole canvas for needlepoint work such as church kneelers etc.
