Sublime Cashmere Merino Silk DK
This lovely Sublime yarn is spun from a luxurious blend of 75% extra fine merino wool, 20% silk and 5% cashmere. We have combined the "Baby" and "Adult" ranges to show you the complete selection as the composition is exactly the same, giving you over 50 shades to choose from. Both are DK yarns, have the same soft, spiral twist and are perfect to wear next to the skin. The patterns are so stylish, and for all ages, that you'll want to knit everything! Sublime means..."of the highest or noblest nature" and I think that just about sums it up!

Aimee by Louisa Harding

Aimee is a gorgeous yarn created by Louisa Harding in a luxurious blend of 90% cotton and 10% cashmere. The combination has been spun into a DK (approx) yarn that is soft, fine and delicate with a light twist. The colours echo the rich and lacquered shades of pink and red combined with jade and charcoal, alongside faded and antiqued coral, bronze and opal. Louisa has created a fabulous collection of designs using Aimee, and its sister yarn Fleuris, called Chinoiserie. The designs are super-stylish with an oriental twist taking inspiration from motifs and shapes seen throughout the Far East. Knit a tension square first if you'd like to knit this yarn to other double knitting patterns.

Skye One
An unusual blend of mulberry silk, cotton and cashmere. These noil yarns are soft handling, rough looking and filled with character.

90% Mulberry Silk, 5% Cotton Nepps and 5% Cashmere. Wash gently by hand in warm water with soap or detergent - can be dry cleaned. Don't wring out or agitate too much and dry flat.
10/1nm - 1000m per cone - Knit 2 ends as 3ply.
Use as seen or dye with acid dye to colour the silk, but leave the cotton untouched giving unique cross-dyeing effects.
The blend of fibres results in a yarn with good breaking strength and little stretch making it good to weave in the warp or weft.
