The yarns are a mixture of Glitter and Stardust and are perfect to use by themselves or to add sparkling highlights to other work. Ideal for couching and embroidery, adding to crochet or knitted projects, twinkling braids and tassels and using in plastic canvas work. Also great for cardmaking, scrapbooking and spirelli. Adds highlights to creative embroidery & is perfect for "spirelli" technique

This is a small, but perfectly formed selection of glittering metallic yarns which are similar, but thicker than the Boutique Collection.
A mixture of metallic polyester with acrylic and viscose blends
Knit or weave as at least 2ply or thicker. A selection of glittering yarns for knitting as 2ply or thicker.
Weave in the weft, embroider, tassel and braid with these twinkling yarns or add embellishment to your knitwear.
These threads are all slightly different from each other, but all have a fine thread and a fine Lurex in common giving a unique collection of yarns.

A metalised polyester and viscose tubular chainette ribbon yarn, ideal for dyeing and embroidery. Available on cones or skeins.
70% viscose (will dye), 30% metalised polyester (will not dye). Hand wash, dry flat, cool iron.
The tape is hollow and is 4mm wide. Approx 58m per cone and 9m per skein.
Fill the tapes with another yarn or wire for interesting ruched effects
Suitable for dyeing - try dyeing the opal black - wonderful reflections! |

Eight spools of very fine sparkling metallic threads from our Fine Glitter range. Use for hand or machine embroidery (either on the bobbin or by using a metallic needle) for a glistening effect. Excellent when plied with another thread to add subtle highlights to cross-stitch, tassels or canvas work. Add a twinkle to card-making, scrapbooking or spirelli. The glitter is supported by an invisible nylon yarn to give it strength. Fine whipped metallic thread ideal for embroidery.
Available in a wide range of jewel like colours. We sometimes have difficulties in replacing stocks with exactly the same shade - ie we ordered mint and they are a sagey shade, so we've added sage and will amend when we take another delivery!!
