This is a quick and easy design for a pair of fingerless gloves/mittens knitted using the gorgeous Firenze by Laines du Nord. Firenze is an eyelash yarn so is soft and fluffy, but also has a high percentage of wool in its makeup, so it's very warm and cosy (and will felt), hand wash only!! They'll keep your wrists lovely and warm and stop the cold air getting up your sleeves by filling the gap between your jacket and short gloves. You can make them as long or short as you want and being fingerless they are practical - meaning you can knit whatever the temperature! £1.50

This leaflet has two scarves that combine Texere Elements mohair with either Opaline or Firenze yarns by Laines du Nord. The designs grow really quickly as they are knitted on large needles, but you can swap round the combinations, the needle sizes or the stitches. The larger the needles, the lacier the scarf, so use smaller needles for a snug, thicker scarf - they don't need to fit so play around with combinations to find one that you really like. This leaflet has two scarves that both use Louisa Harding Sari Ribbon in combination with two soft, fluffy yarns. Elements mohair is available in both a looped and brushed version - we have chosen the loop and just knitted a plain garter stitch, then decorate the edges with the ribbon. The second scarf is knitted very loosely from Firenze by Laines du Nord and the ribbon is then woven along the length of the scarf and to hang as tassels. Both yarns contrast in texture from the ribbon producing unusual effects and as more colours are added to the Sari range keep an eye for more eyecatching combinations. £1.50
