This leaflet shows two bag designs which use Texere Plush chenille knitted tightly to create strong, sturdy shapes. Plush has a soft, look of suede so lends itself perfectly to bags and accessories. This leaflet has two scarves that both use Louisa Harding Sari Ribbon in combination with two soft, fluffy yarns. Elements mohair is available in both a looped and brushed version - we have chosen the loop and just knitted a plain garter stitch, then decorate the edges with the ribbon. The second scarf is knitted very loosely from Firenze by Laines du Nord and the ribbon is then woven along the length of the scarf and to hang as tassels. Both yarns contrast in texture from the ribbon producing unusual effects and as more colours are added to the Sari range keep an eye for more eyecatching combinations. £1.50
